Based in Rockwall, Texas, Charles “Chuck” Scroggs is a business executive and entrepreneur with 40 years of experience in the construction and manufacturing industries. He currently serves as the president of two prominent companies in the service and distribution sector. For 25 years, he has led C & D Commercial Services, Inc., a company that provides consultations and maintenance to property management businesses. In addition, Chuck Scroggs is the president of Southwest Scaffolding, LLC, which distributes both FRACO scaffolding and Non Stop Scaffolding products. The company provides the masonry industry with training and construction supplies.
Previously, Mr. Scroggs headed C & D Commercial Masonry, Inc. in Rockwall County, Texas. He began his career in 1975 as a regional manager of technical services with the International Paper Company, where he led the white paper division for nearly 30 years.
He received a bachelor of science in chemistry from the University of Southern Mississippi. In order to remain current in his field, he completed extended education courses in chemical engineering at Louisiana State University and management courses at Texas A&M University.
Outside of his professional pursuits, Charles Scroggs supports organizations such as the Southern Baptist Men’s Ministry and Helping Hands. He recently became a member of the Rockwall County Sheriff’s Posse, a nonprofit organization that services the county and surrounding areas. Members care for abandoned horses and cattle, provide traffic control for local football games, and support the county sheriff and the sheriff’s office.
